Our 100% plastic-free, gravity-based clay purifiers use natural filtration layers—biosand, alumina, and activated carbon—to remove up to 90% of microbes and 80% of heavy metals such as lead and arsenic. Designed for affordability, durability, and zero energy use, AquiVira delivers safe drinking water to urban and rural households at a fraction of traditional costs. Each unit is handcrafted by local artisans, blending modern engineering with cultural craftsmanship. This not only ensures product sustainability but also creates fair-wage employment for women and rural potters. By replacing plastic filters that leach toxins and generate waste, AquiVira prevents an estimated 3 tons of plastic pollution annually.
