I am Farhat Shafi Chowdhury, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Staff Asia Ltd., Sylhet’s largest IT company with 300+ employees. Over the past six years, I have helped scale the company from a startup of 30 employees to a leading EdTech BPO organization serving the UK market. My work focuses on driving product development and innovation, shaping marketing strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and managing talent effectively.

I am actively involved in Sylhet’s startup and innovation ecosystem, having been a panel speaker at the Youth Startup Summit 2025 (Startup Bangladesh & ICT Division), participated in the UIHP Mentor Bootcamp at SUST, served as a guest speaker at Metropolitan University’s Industry-Academia Seminar, and mentored in The Restoration Factory Bangladesh Project.

I am passionate about supporting aspiring entrepreneurs and would love to contribute as a mentor, speaker, or trainer to help startups and changemakers scale their ideas into impactful ventures.
