Since 2021, my company has been collecting coconuts from the local market and packaging them in a way that is easy to transport and store, especially making them suitable for patient food. At the same time, we are implementing zero-waste by converting 75% of the waste into various food and products. Through this transformation, our consumers are experiencing something new, and our products have received significant positive feedback. Although small, our company is playing a role in reducing partial dependency on imports and has ensured the rights of consumers by bypassing all traditional practices of the past.
