Yanur Islam Piash is the Co-founder & CEO of Monsha.AI, an AI platform helping teachers in 100+ countries reduce burnout by simplifying lesson planning, resource creation, and other out-of-classroom tasks. Previously, he co-founded Bohubrihi, one of Bangladesh’s leading edtech startups, which was acquihired by Shikho in 2021, where he later led the Skills & Professionals division. With a background in Chemical Engineering from BUET, Piash blends technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision. A startup mentor and advocate for authentic leadership, he is committed to building impactful education solutions. Beyond work, he is an endurance sports enthusiast, having cycled 15,000+ km and completed a marathon.
